Eligible Returns
You may request a return if:
- You received the wrong item
- The product was damaged or defective upon arrival
- The item is expired or past its usable date upon delivery
Note: We do not accept returns for used or opened products, or for reasons of personal dislike after use.
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Return

- with your order number and reason for return.
- Attach clear photos of the item (if damaged, defective, or incorrect).
- Once approved, we’ll share return instructions.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs
- If the error is on our end (wrong, damaged, or expired item), we’ll cover return shipping.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
